Automatic shutdowns are often caused by power-saving settings, inconsistent power supply, or signal loss. Please check the OSD timer settings first.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check OSD Menu Settings (Most Common):

    • Navigate to the [Setup Menu].

    • Locate [Auto Power Off] or [Sleep Timer] and ensure they are set to [Off].

    • Also, verify if [Eco Mode] is enabling an aggressive power-saving profile.

  2. Perform a Power Cycle:

    • Turn off the monitor and unplug the power cable.

    • Wait for 15-30 seconds to drain residual power.

    • Reconnect the power cable and turn the monitor back on.

  3. Inspect Connections & Stability:

    • Ensure the power cable is securely connected at both ends. Try plugging directly into a wall outlet instead of a power strip to rule out voltage drops.

    • Verify the video cable (HDMI/DP). If the monitor turns off due to "No Signal," check your PC's "Power & Sleep" settings.

  4. Factory Reset:

    • If the menu is accessible, perform a [Memory Recall] to restore default settings.

Important Notes:

  • Note: If the monitor flashes an image for 1 second and then goes completely black (with no LED light), it likely indicates an internal hardware failure.

  • Tip: Some premium models feature a "Presence Sensor" that turns off the display when no user is detected. Check your OSD to see if this feature is active.
