In order to prevent being charged for an additional billing cycle, it is important to cancel your plan at least one day prior to your next payment date. If you have missed the cancellation deadline and have already been charged, please refer to UNIVERSE's refund policy. Additionally, please note that canceling your plan during a subscription period will result in being unsubscribed from the following subscription period. However, refunds will not be provided for the current plan.

1. Sign in at UNIVERSE by ViewSonic

2. Under the Organization page, select the organization and click "Payment History"



3. Click the upper right corner and choose the unsubscribe button



4. Enter your password and confirm unsubscribe
