If one or more LED modules are improperly functioning by: image distortion, color distortion, no display image, flashing display image, please refer to the "Standard Display Troubleshooting" solution below.



Solution


Step 1: Ensure the LED module is installed in the correct orientation before proceeding.


Step 2: Check proper functioning of the network cable into the affected LED Module. Network cables may malfunction from frequent installs/de-installs of LED Modules.


Step 3: Remove the affected LED Module and install a working LED Module.


If this resolves the issue, the issue lies with the LED Module, and proceeding to Step 4 may not be required. Contact Customer Service for a replacement and/or to fix the damaged LED module if needed.


Step 4: Remove the Receiving Card and install a working Receiving Card. Surrounding LED Modules in the quadrant may need to be removed in order to do this.


If this resolves the issue, the issue lies with the Receiving Card, and proceeding to Step 5 may not be required. Contact Customer Service for a replacement and/or to fix the damaged Receiving Card if needed.


Step 5: Remove the Transfer Board and install a working Transfer Board. Surrounding LED Modules in the quadrant may need to be removed in order to do this.


If this resolves the issue, the issue lies with the Transfer Board, and proceeding to Step 6 may not be required. Contact Customer Service for a replacement and/or to fix the damaged Transfer Board if needed.


Step 6: If issues still persist, please contact Customer Service for further guidance.
