How can we help you today?When a MTR machine updates Windows, older Windows installations are normally removed automatically by the system. However, if Windows Cleanup fails to do this, the storage capacity can be eventually filled up.
In such cases, the removal can be done manually using the following steps:
1. On the Touch Console, select More, then Settings.
2. Enter the Administrator password (contact your system administrator for the password) and select Windows Settings. Then, go to Admin Sign-in.
3. The MTR computer will log out of MTR and the Windows 11 login screen will be presented. Select the Administrator account and enter your password.
4. The MTR computer will now log in to Windows 11.
5. Within Windows, go to Start > Settings.
6. Go to System > Storage.
7. Go to Temporary Files.
8. Make sure to select Previous Windows Installations then Remove Files.
9. Close Settings and restart the MTR.
