If students are unable to join your class via Google SSO, here are the most common causes and what you can do to resolve them.

Google login failure page.The student tried to sign in with Google but used incorrect credentials.
  • Ask the student to verify their Google email and password.

  • Have the student reset their Google password.

The student is redirected to the Learning Platform login page, and sees the message: "Insufficient Permissions. Please enable the required permission."When logging in with Google SSO, the student clicked Cancel to access their Google account.
  • Instruct students to click the session URL and log in again. After logging in, they will be directed to the Google Account page. On that page, students should click Allow when prompted for account authorization.
