This issue may be related to the email format settings in your email program. To protect users from accidentally interacting with phishing sites or automatically downloading images from unknown emails, the network administrator of your school or organization might have set the default email format to plain text mode. This setting removes external links or images from the emails when they are viewed.

No worries! When you receive a ViewSonic system email, check if there is an option like "View as HTML" in the email's detailed information or options list. For example, as shown in the image below, clicking the "View as HTML" button in the red box will display the original email, including links, images, and other content, allowing you to follow the instructions provided in the email.

Please refer to the image below for the original email format:

ViewSonic system emails may include:

  • Welcome emails
  • Organization invitation emails
  • Account activation emails
  • Password reset emails

If you wish to change the email format settings on your computer or device, it is recommended that you contact your school's or organization's network administrator to ensure the security of your email communications.
