How can we help you today?If users encounter a “sign-in error” when trying to log in to the Whiteboard, please write to the school IT for assistance.
This mechanism is by design. myViewBoard Suite allows Entity admin users (normally the school IT) to control Whiteboard features such as Sign-in, Auto-logout Time, Embedded Browser, etc; the school IT can set the templates from Entity Management > Software Instance and users will encounter the change instantaneously.
