When you log into an account on the UNIVERSE official website, you will be able to see UNIVERSE Manager on your menu. This is for you to manage all the users, classrooms, and schedules in your organization.

In the user's section, you are able to add/delete the user and change the user's role from here.

In the student and teacher list, you can check their course, and display names and statuses.

If their status shows "Pending", it means that they have not verified their email account.


You can add classes here in advance. If a particular course occurs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you can schedule your class before it starts.


You can check all of the teachers' schedules here.


You can easily review each student's performance, including their attendance, number of raised hands, earned stars, and quiz accuracy.
