Solution

Step 1: Select the Settings from the Main Menu



Step 2: Select "Upgrade"



Step 3: Select "OTA Cloud Server"



Step 4: Switch "Auto Updates" to on



After turning on the automatic update setting, when the LED display is turning off, the automatic detection of firmware updates will occur. If the latest firmware is available, it will be automatically downloaded and installed, and the power will be automatically turned off after the installation is complete.


Schedule Auto Updates

Within the same window setting, the "Schedule" function can additionally be turned on, the time for firmware detection can be customized.



You can specify to have the update checker perform the check during off-duty hours or weekends to situations that prevent the user from being able to use LED display.



Another thing to pay close attention to, if the automatic update function is used, Standby mode must be set to Hibernate in order to allow the update checker run in Standby mode.
