Solution
Step 1: Turned on power to ensure all modules of the LED display are working properly. Used Vacuum Suction Tool to remove and reinstall any required LED modules
Step 2: Dehumidification Maintenance
Step 3: “Customer Maintenance Notice” explained to customer onsite. User reminded how to turn on/off the display (partition power)
Step 4: Check for Firmware updates (via OTA)
Step 5: Select your product on Product Page to check for the latest Software Version(s)
