After replacement of a particular LED module, brightness may be slightly different than that of other modules. At this point, manual calibration is required. In order to troubleshoot this problem, the following procedure can be followed.

Solution

Step 1: Use the USB B-to-A cable and HDMI cable to connect the monitor to the computer, and switch the monitor's input source to HDMI.

Step 2: After the software is installed, open "AutoLED", select the "Calibration" tab, then click the "load data from module" button below.

Step 3: Turn on the LED display again, confirm that the value is successfully saved, and the problem should be resolved. It is recommended to conduct calibration as long as the LED module(s) are properly replaced, in order to ensure quality of the LED display.
