The Dehumidification service (or Dehumidification process) can be used to protect the LED module(s) by displaying a dark screen and gradually transitioning to a lighter screen. The concept is to gradually remove humidity by slowly heating up the circuitry - since a lighter colored screen uses more power than a darker colored screen. The total process takes approximately 70 minutes.
Since excessive humidity can wear out the LED display, utilizing this function can remove moisture from an LED that has experienced a high humidity environment to extend the lifespan of the LED module(s). See "When should dehumidification be done for my dvLED?" for information on when dehumidification should be conducted. Users should avoid prolonged use in a humid environment.
The recommended temperature and humidity for the display is: room temperature 22℃±10℃, humidity 25% ~ 75%
