Use the built-in Windows "File Explorer" or "Disk Management" tool to format your drive to FAT32 for ViewBoard compatibility.
Steps:
Insert the USB drive into your computer's USB port.
Open [File Explorer], right-click on the USB drive icon.
Select [Format...].
In the "File system" dropdown menu, select [FAT32].
Note: If the drive is larger than 32GB, Windows may not show FAT32 as an option; third-party tools or Command Prompt may be required.
Click [Start] and then click [OK] when the warning window appears to proceed.
Notes:
Warning: Formatting will erase all data on the drive. Please back up your files first.
Limitation: FAT32 does not support individual files larger than 4GB.
