Please try following step:
A. Generate log:
1. Open cmd.exe with Administrator
2. Change to the directory with installation file.
3. Type command: msiexec /i Signage_Manager_Setup-220.127.116.11.msi /l*v 001.log
It would generate log named 001.log.
B. Turn off anti-virus software, it may delete temporary file when installing.
