Applies to: myViewBoard, Google Workspace Entity admins
Issue
Google Workspace configuration or permissions prevent expected user sync or myViewBoard access for your organization.
What to try first
Work through these checks in order:
Confirm you're signed in as a Google Workspace Super Admin, or a delegated admin with API access, when setting up or troubleshooting sync.
In the ViewSonic Entity Console (cloud.viewsonic.com/entity), go to Users and use Sync users with Google Workspace to trigger or re-trigger the sync.
Verify the correct domain is shown before syncing, and choose the intended sync scope: all users, a specific group, or a specific unit.
If newly added Google Workspace users don't appear right away, wait — new users can take up to 24 hours to populate — then re-sync if they still don't show.
Make sure mailboxes are enabled for the users you're syncing, so they can receive myViewBoard notifications.
If users are reporting a permission or consent-screen issue when signing in with Google, rather than an admin-side sync issue, see the Google Admin Console configuration guide below.
Additional notes
This sync process pulls user data from your Google Workspace directory; myViewBoard doesn't manage Google Workspace permissions directly. By default, "Keep current users" stays checked during a sync, so previously added users remain in your entity unless you uncheck it.
If the issue continues
Submit a support ticket if users still don't sync correctly after confirming admin access, the domain, and allowing time for propagation.
