Applies to: myViewBoard, with cloud storage services
Issue
Your cloud storage connection appears to disconnect, or files can't be accessed consistently, after being linked in App & Cloud Integration.
What to try first
Work through these checks in order:
Sign in to your myViewBoard account, then go to App & Cloud Integration in your user settings and check the Status column for the affected service.
If the service is not linked, click the Link icon to reconnect and go through the consent screen again.
Confirm your session with the cloud provider itself is still active — for example, that you haven't been signed out of your Google or Microsoft account elsewhere, or had access revoked.
Update myViewBoard to the latest version, since cloud integration behavior can change between app versions.
If Google Drive specifically shows repeated permission prompts or unexpected copy/rename behavior, this may be related to a recent Google Drive access policy change — see the Related articles below.
Allow a short time after reconnecting a service. Changes to App & Cloud Integration are saved automatically, but may take a moment to take effect.
Additional notes
myViewBoard currently supports the following services under App & Cloud Integration: Google Drive, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, Nextcloud, and Google Classroom.
If the issue continues
Submit a support ticket if the connection keeps dropping after reconnecting the service and confirming your cloud account session is active.
