Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0 account / license
Issue
You expect Pro access, but your license or subscription status doesn't appear correctly in myViewBoard 3.0.
What to try first
Work through these checks in order:
Confirm you're signed in with the myViewBoard account the Pro or Entity-assigned license is tied to. A different account, such as a personal account instead of a work or school one, won't show the entitlement.
Check your plan on the My Subscriptions page (avatar menu > My Subscriptions, or the View my plan banner on myviewboard.com) to confirm the current plan shown for that account.
If your Pro access comes from a school or organization Entity plan, confirm with your Entity admin that a license has been assigned to your account, since Entity-based licenses are managed centrally rather than by the individual user.
Sign out and sign back in to myViewBoard, both on myviewboard.com and in the app, to refresh your account and subscription status.
If you recently subscribed, upgraded, or were assigned a license, allow some time for the change to sync before it appears in the app.
Additional notes
myViewBoard offers Standard, Pro, Premium, and Entity plans, each unlocking a different feature set, so make sure you're checking against the correct plan's feature list. This article covers checking and refreshing an existing entitlement; it does not cover purchasing, canceling, or changing your subscription.
If the issue continues
Submit a support ticket if your Pro access still isn't reflected after confirming the signed-in account, checking My Subscriptions, and signing out and back in.
