Use Present Mode to deliver your lesson full-screen, then invite students into your session (or share the finished materials afterward) using myViewBoard's built-in sharing tools.

Present Mode

Press Present Mode to switch to a distraction-free, full-screen view (title bar hidden); press Prepare Mode to return to your regular editing view.

Share your session

Open your session details from the title bar to display a join URL and QR code. Students join via the myViewBoard Portal or the Companion app, and can optionally be required to enter a session password if you've enabled one.

Share lesson materials afterward

Use Export in File Manager to save your lesson as PDF, PNG, JPG, and other formats, or use Share by QR Code (Pro, Premium, or Entity accounts) to let students quickly access a PDF of the materials from their own device.

Additional Notes

Some additional points that may be useful:

  • Choose the myViewBoard Portal for classrooms using laptops, or the Companion app for classrooms using mobile devices.

  • If QR code sharing fails, it's usually due to an unstable internet connection or your cloud storage being full.
