Use File Manager to open, save, and export your lessons. Only the OLF format is supported for opening/saving directly, but you can import a wider range of file types through Magic Box, and export to several common formats when you're ready to share.

Open

File Manager → Open (browses your device's local drive; OLF files only). To bring in other file types (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, images, and more), use Import Files inside Magic Box instead.

Save

File Manager → Save or Save As. Lesson materials can only be saved in the OLF format.

Export

File Manager → Export to convert your lesson into another format — PDF, PNG, JPG, BMP, PPTX, or IWB (some formats are platform-specific, and PPTX export requires a Pro, Premium, or Entity subscription).

Additional Notes

Some additional points that may be useful:

  • If you're not signed in, you're limited to 5 pages per session — sign in for unlimited pages.

  • Windows 11 users may occasionally see a save error in File Manager; this has a documented workaround if it happens.
