License and subscription information for the Entity as a whole is reviewed on the Subscriptions page of the ViewSonic Entity Management portal, where admins can verify current plans and licenses covering services such as Manager and Live Captions, along with any add-on services. Access to a specific licensed service, however, is granted on a per-product basis rather than centrally from that Subscriptions page.

Steps to grant product access

  1. Sign in to the ViewSonic Entity Management portal (cloud.viewsonic.com/entity) and open Subscriptions to confirm which licenses and add-ons your Entity currently holds.

  2. Open the specific product you need to grant access to, for example myViewBoard Manager.

  3. Go to Settings > Permissions within that product.

  4. Click "Add Manager user" and select the person from your Entity's user list.

  5. To revoke access later, return to the same Permissions page and remove the user.

Users must already be added to the Entity

Only users who are already added to the Entity can be selected on a product's Permissions page. If someone is missing from the list, add them to the Entity first through the Entity Users page. Separately, Admin Roles such as Subscription Admin control who is allowed to manage licensing and permissions in the first place.
