Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0

Open myViewBoard, click File Manager, then double-click your .OLF file in the "Open OLF" tab (it's active by default and shows your local device's files unless you switch to a connected cloud drive tab). On Windows, you can also just double-click the .OLF file in File Explorer to launch it straight into myViewBoard.

  1. Launch myViewBoard and click File Manager.

  2. Stay on the Open OLF tab for local files, or click a connected cloud drive's tab to browse there instead.

  3. Navigate to your .OLF file and double-click it to open it.

Load time and format limits

Large files may take a moment to load. The Open OLF tab only opens files saved in the OLF format. Other whiteboard or document formats need to be imported instead, through Import Files.
