1. Overview
The Batch Quiz feature allows teachers to deliver multiple assessment questions (up to 20) in a single sequence. This streamlines the testing process by eliminating the need to trigger questions one by one.
2. Pre-Requisites
Before launching a batch quiz in class, you must:
- Log in to the ClassSwift Hub.
- Navigate to the Quiz Collection tab.
- Create a folder and upload your quiz questions (Accepted formats: True/False and Multiple Choice).
3. Launching a Batch Quiz
To start the quiz during a live session:
- Open Quiz Collection: Click the Quiz Collection icon from the main toolbar.
- Select Folder: Locate and open the folder where you previously uploaded your content.
- Enter Batch Mode: Click the Batch Quiz button at the top of the window.
- Select Questions: Click on the individual questions you want to include in this session. A blue number will appear to show the sequence order.
- Start: Click the blue Start Quiz button in the top right corner.
4. Monitoring & Results
- The Timer: A central timer will track the duration of the quiz. You can manually click End Quiz at any time.
- Student View: Questions are delivered directly to student devices. As they answer, the system tracks progress in real-time.
- Live Analytics: Upon completion, a Bar Chartappears:
- Green: Correct answers.
- Red: Incorrect answers.
- Grey: No answer submitted.
- Detailed Review: Click on any bar in the graph to see exactly which students selected which options, allowing for immediate feedback and targeted intervention.
