The performance of wireless casting depends heavily on your network environment. Using a 5GHz Wi-Fi band and ensuring a stable connection is highly recommended.

Steps:

  1. Switch to 5GHz Band: Ensure both your mobile device and ViewBoard are connected to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network.

    • Note: 2.4GHz bands are prone to interference from Bluetooth or other appliances, leading to significant lag.

  2. Reduce Network Traffic: Ensure no other devices on the same network are performing high-bandwidth tasks (e.g., 4K streaming or large downloads).

  3. Optimize Signal Quality: * Move your device closer to the Wi-Fi router or the ViewBoard.

    • Clear any physical obstructions (especially metal objects) between devices.

  4. Check Device Settings: Disable [Power Saving Mode] on your mobile device and ensure vCastSender is updated to the latest version.

Notes:

  • Tip: Connecting the ViewBoard via a Wired LAN cable will significantly improve the stability of wireless casting.

  • Note: In highly congested network environments (like crowded conventions), some latency may be unavoidable. Using an HDMI cable is recommended for critical presentations.
