Ensure the "Touch Control" toggle is enabled in vCastSender. Windows users should check firewall whitelists, while macOS users must grant "Accessibility" permissions.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check App Settings:

    • Open vCastSender on your laptop and ensure the [Enable Touch Control] option is checked before or during the connection.

  2. Windows Configuration:

    • Firewall & Anti-virus: Do not disable your anti-virus. Instead, add vCastSender to the "Allowed Apps" list in your Firewall settings and ensure TCP port 15835 is not blocked.

  3. macOS Configuration (Crucial):

    • Go to [System Settings] > [Privacy & Security].

    • Under [Accessibility] and [Screen Recording], ensure that vCastSender is toggled ON.

  4. Reconnect: After applying these settings, disconnect and restart the casting session.

Note:

  • If you are using an HDMI cable for projection, remember that a USB Touch cable (Type-A to Type-B) must also be connected to enable touch feedback.
