Android devices support reverse control once the "Accessibility" permission is enabled. iOS devices, however, are restricted by Apple's security policy and do not allow external touch feedback.

Instructions & Scenario:

  1. Android Devices (Support Reverse Control):

    • Open vCastSender on your phone.

    • Look for the [Touch Feedback] or [Reverse Control] toggle.

    • You will be redirected to Android [Settings] > [Accessibility]. Please switch the [vCastSender] service to ON.

    • Once enabled, you can control your phone directly from the ViewBoard screen.

  2. iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad):

    • Limitation: Due to Apple's strict sandboxing and security protocols, iOS does not allow third-party apps to intercept system-level touch events wirelessly.

    • Workaround: For a better interactive experience, we recommend opening your files (PPTs, PDFs) directly on the ViewBoard using built-in apps or a web browser.

Note:

  • Some Android manufacturers (e.g., Huawei, Xiaomi) may require an additional "Display over other apps" permission to function correctly.
