Use iOS built-in "Screen Mirroring" for the same network. For cross-subnet connections or if the device is not found, use the vCastSender App with a PIN code.


Scope:

  • Devices: iPhone / iPad.

  • Environment: Same Wi-Fi or Cross-Subnet.


Scenario A: Device and ViewBoard are on the "Same Wi-Fi" (via AirPlay)

  1. Open the iOS [Control Center].

  2. Tap the [Screen Mirroring] icon (two overlapping rectangles).

  3. Select the ViewBoard device name shown on the screen to start mirroring.


Scenario B: Device and ViewBoard are on "Different Networks" (via vCastSender App)

  1. Download and open the vCastSender App on your iOS device.

  2. Tap [Enter PIN Code].

  3. Enter the 6-digit PIN code displayed on the ViewBoard.

  4. Tap [Start Mirroring] and follow the prompts to start the "Broadcast."


Note:

  • For Scenario B, ensure the ViewBoard is connected to the internet and the vCast service is active.
