Image artifacts are often caused by poor cable quality or signal interference. Use high-quality cables and avoid using excessive adapters.
Use Bundled Cables: Test using the [original video cable] provided with the product.
Remove Intermediate Devices: Disconnect any [docking stations], [adapters], or [video splitters]. Connect the projector directly to the video source.
Check Cable Quality: If a long cable is required, ensure it has proper [shielding] to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Switch to Digital Signal: Analog signals (VGA) are prone to ghosting. Use HDMI or DisplayPort for a cleaner and sharper image.
Reduce Cable Length: Long cables can cause signal attenuation. We recommend using cables shorter than 5 meters (16 feet).
Notes:
Tip: If ghosting only occurs with a specific device, the issue might be related to the output signal of that device's graphics card.
Technical Note: Shadowing/ghosting is typically caused by impedance mismatch due to improper cable shielding.
