If touch fails across all input sources, you can perform a system initialization using the [INIT TV] command in the Debug Menu.


Steps:

  1. Enter Debug Menu: Using the table below, and press the corresponding buttons based on your model.


  2. Execute Initialization: Locate and select [INIT TV] from the pop-up menu.

  3. System Restart: The device will initialize and reboot automatically. Do not disconnect the power during this process.


WARNING:Executing [INIT TV] will erase all local data, uninstalled applications, and reset all system settings to factory defaults. Please ensure all important files are backed up to cloud storage or an external drive before proceeding.
