Auto-Pivot requires DDC/CI enabled, OSD Pivot set to Auto, and the dedicated software running in the background.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Configure Monitor OSD Settings:

    • Open the [Setup Menu].

    • Ensure [DDC/CI] is toggled to [On].

    • Set [OSD Pivot] to [Auto].

  2. Enable Control Software:

    • Ensure vDisplay Manager (or Auto-Pivot software) is installed and running.

    • In the software settings, check [Auto] and enable [Program Run at Startup].

  3. Check Hardware Connections:

    • Use the original DP / HDMI / USB-C cables.

    • Note: Avoid using low-quality adapters that may block DDC/CI communication signals.

Additional Notes:

  • Note: Early firmware versions (e.g., VP2468 M001/M002) require strict "Auto" settings; use the "Check for Updates" feature in the software to ensure stability.

  • Tip: Ensure the monitor is rotated a full 90 degrees to trigger the internal orientation sensor.
