How can we help you today?1. Use a RS232 crossover adapter (except: IFP34 series, IFP52-1C series, IFP110) for RS232 control.
2. Make sure to set the communication settings below correctly
3. If you connect from PC, please make sure the com port is correctly chosen.
4. It's recommended to vController to control the Viewboard by RS232.

5. For specific RS232/LAN command code please refer to your model's User Guide.
