1. download the debug version of vSignage 1.0.126, https://drive.google.com/open?id=1f4GZXySt7jFUbnoeEuZwnvdtdvk9TcEW , and install to the Eposter (for example EP5520T).


2. Download the adb tool from https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.html and save it to your laptop C:\ADB\


3. Use following code to save a batch file. For example log_EP.bat

4. Use notepad to edit the log_EP.bat file and change first line of ip address to your vSignage IP address and save the log_EP.bat. it means change the first line code --set Arr[0]="192.168.1.84" to set Arr[0]=" 192.168.xxx.xxx"


5. Put the log EP.bat under the download adb folder . For example C:\ADB\ log_EP.bat


6. Make sure the your laptop and vSignage player (for example EP5520T) are in same subnetwork. You can ping the EP5520T and may sure it is reachable.


7. When you see the “server hasn’t ready…” message, please open windows file manager double click the log_EP.bat.

The batch file, log_EP.bat, will generate a EP_2017XXXXXX.log file and please send the file to me then I will ask vendor to check details.
