How can we help you today?If the default background cannot be seen on Whiteboard for Android, the app needs to be updated to version 2.14.6 or above.
It should be noted that users who are not using the latest version will be unable to see the default Originals background after the user logs in. Other default background choices, Cloud Drive and Preinstalled, will function normally.
Updating to the latest version of the app is recommended to ensure access to all of the latest features and bug fixes, including the ability to see the default background.
Users using v.1.45.4 or versions prior to v.2.14.6 may still choose Originals background from the Whiteboard background feature:
