If Zoom integration is not working, try re-binding the Zoom account:

  1. Sign in to the myViewBoard.com website
  2. Click your avatar picture, and click myViewBoard Cloud Integrations.
  3. Locate the Zoom entry, and click Unbind.
  4. After the process to complete, click the Zoom entry again to rebind.
  5. Log in to the myViewBoard for Windows application, and try starting a Zoom meeting.

If problems persist, contact customer support. Kindly provide a screenshot of any error messages.
